彩虹公益社（香港）於2024年9月在中國香港註冊成立，成員大會為本機構的最高決策層，負責彩虹公益社的發展策略、監督監管、報告審議。董事會為本機構的管理層，負責彩虹公益社的法律法規、道德倫理、項目策略、行政管治及風險管理專責管治、審議等營運工作，現有6名成員，各成員均以義務身份參與會務，董事會成員於成員大會上投票選出。
